Wagering, Max Bet and Expiry

Every part of the welcome package comes with the same core rules, taken from the BitStarz bonus terms dated June 2025:

• Wagering: 40x the bonus amount. A €100 bonus means €4,000 in bets before bonus funds convert to cash.
• Expiry: welcome package bonuses are valid for 7 days. Most other bonuses expire 24 hours after they are issued.

The casino also voids winnings from minimal-risk betting, such as covering red and black together in roulette, and from saving a bonus feature to play after the wagering is finished.

What the Wagering Means in Practice

Do the sums before you opt in. With a €100 bonus you must stake €4,000 within a week. On a slot with a 96% RTP the house keeps about 4% of every euro wagered on average, so the expected cost of that wagering is roughly €160, which is more than the bonus itself. Some players will finish ahead, most will not. Treat the bonus as extra playing time and not as free money.

The Bitcoin version looks far bigger on paper, but the bet cap changes the picture. A full 1 BTC bonus needs 40 BTC of wagering. The 180 spins arrive in batches: 20 straight after the first deposit, then 20 every 24 hours for the next eight days. To keep them coming you must wager the first deposit at least once within 24 hours. Each batch has to be opened within one day of being credited and played within one day of activation, or it expires. Winnings from the spins carry 40x wagering, and cancelling one batch stops the remaining ones. The eligible slot depends on your country.

BitStarz also gives some new players free spins for verifying their email, with no deposit needed. Winnings from any no-deposit offer are capped at €100 (0.00118 BTC), need 40x wagering, and can only be withdrawn after you have made a deposit of at least €20. The BitStarz payments page lists twelve cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Tether, USD Coin, Solana, XRP, Tron, BNB and Cardano. Fiat accounts can be held in euros, US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Norwegian kroner and Japanese yen.

Minimum crypto deposits are low: 0.0001 BTC, 0.005 ETH, 0.075 LTC or 10 USDT. Send less than the minimum and the payment will not be credited or returned, so check the figure on the deposit screen first. Crypto deposits are credited once the network confirms them, which the operator says usually takes a few minutes. Fiat deposits by card, bank payment or MiFinity start at €20, are capped at €4,000 per transaction and are credited instantly. The fiat methods on offer vary by country, and BitStarz notes that some deposit methods carry a 2.5% fee.

Withdrawals: Speed, Limits and Rules

BitStarz says more than 90% of withdrawals are processed instantly and puts its average cashout time at 10 minutes. Its terms commit to trying to pay within one hour. These are the operator's own figures. Withdrawals pass an internal audit first, and a large win or a verification request will slow things down.

• Minimum withdrawal: €50 or equivalent on most methods, €100 on some bank transfers.
• Maximum per transaction: €50,000 for crypto, €10,000 for MiFinity, €4,000 for bank methods. BitStarz says it does not currently enforce an overall withdrawal cap.
• Fees: none charged by BitStarz. Your bank may charge, and on-chain network fees apply to crypto.
• Bank transfers: paid in euros and processed within 3 to 10 banking days.
• Same method, same currency: money goes back the way it came in. Deposit in Bitcoin and you withdraw in Bitcoin. You cannot deposit by card and cash out in crypto.
• No exchange: BitStarz does not convert between crypto and fiat, and a balance cannot be switched to another currency.
